BayouWatch collects only what it needs to deliver flood alerts: the phone number and address you provide when subscribing, and your language preference. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for advertising purposes.

Location and address data is used solely to match you with the nearest bayou sensors and determine your flood risk. Sensor and weather data displayed throughout the site is public information sourced from USGS, Harris County Flood Control District, and NOAA.
